Contact us through our quote form, by phone, or email to discuss your ring requirements and design preferences. We'll provide you with pricing options based on your specifications.

Once you've received your quote, we'll work with you to finalize the design details, including materials, size, and any custom elements you'd like to include in your ring.

Place Your Order

After finalizing your design, place your order by providing a deposit. This secures your order and allows us to begin the crafting process for your custom ring.

Production

Our craftsmen meticulously add final touches. This process typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on the complexity of your design and the time of year.

Final Polish & Inspection

Each ring undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our exacting standards before it's ready for delivery to you.

Delivery

Once your ring is complete and the remaining balance is paid, you can pick up your ring at our location or we can arrange for secure shipping to your address.

Production Timeline

What to expect during the creation of your custom ring

  • Week 1

    Design Finalization

    We finalize all design elements and prepare the mold for your custom ring. This includes selecting materials, determining size, and confirming any custom engravings or emblems.

  • Week 2

    Casting Process

    The casting process begins, where molten metal is carefully poured into the prepared mold to create the basic form of your ring. This requires precision and expertise to ensure quality results.

  • Week 3

    Detailing & Polishing

    Our craftsmen meticulously work on the details of your ring, adding emblems, engravings, and other custom elements. The ring then undergoes initial polishing to prepare for finishing.

  • Week 4-6

    Final Touches & Quality Control

    The ring receives its final polishing and any stone settings are completed. Each ring undergoes rigorous quality control checks to ensure it meets our high standards before being prepared for delivery.

Ordering Policies

Important information about our ordering process

Production Time

It can take as many as 4 to 6 weeks to have a ring made depending on the time of year ordered and the ring's complexity. Please order early for fall or spring convocation to ensure timely delivery.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to begin production of your custom ring. Deposits are non-refundable after 30 days. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup of your completed ring.

Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges on completed pieces. Rings not picked up after 90 days can be subject to refining. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will repair any ring that fails to meet our quality standards.

Pricing

Prices can change with the rise or fall of gold and silver prices without notice, so please reach out for accurate pricing. Once your quote is provided, the price is guaranteed for 30 days.

Shipping & Delivery

Local pickup is available at our St. John's location. Shipping is available for an additional fee and includes insurance and tracking. We ship throughout Canada and internationally.

Warranty & Repairs

We warrant every class ring to be the finest quality and craftsmanship available. Given reasonable care, your ring will last a lifetime. We will always be happy to repair any ring that fails to meet these standards.

  • Store your ring in a soft pouch or jewellery box when not wearing it to prevent scratches.
